>Procurement of Capital Goods, to optimize quality, cost & delivery
>Execution of Contracts to match Project Schedules
>Project Management of Process Plants from concept to commissioning
>Erection & commissioning of process plants
>Vendor development to meet Project requirements
>Global procurement of goods with various Incoterms
>Internal estimation of value of goods & services
>Techno-commercial evaluation of Indigenous & Global vendors to optimize to quality, delivery & cost
>Award of contracts in a multi location environment, to optimize tax incidence together with statutory compliance, to meet
project schedules
