Promote and generate sales for the company’s products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals in the assigned territory.
Conduct in-clinic presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals to increase awareness and generate prescriptions.
Plan and organize marketing activities such as CMEs, conferences, and seminars to promote the company’s products.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in the assigned territory.
Identify and target new customers and key accounts to maximize sales growth.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the company’s management team.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales, customer interactions, and market data.
Comply with all company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or related field.
Minimum 1-6 years of experience as a medical representative in a pharmaceutical company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and selling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
