Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets, collaborate with dealers to establish and maintain effective partnerships, conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction among healthcare professionals, dealers, and distributors.

4)CTC break up (Fixed & variable): Negotiable

Skills Required

1)Academics requirements: Graduate (Science Preferred)
2)Years of experience required: 5-7 Medtech or in Pharma as Supervisor (Orthopedic knowledge preferred)

Role and Responsibility: Sales,Customer calls and engagement,Dealer Management,AR,OT experience will be additional remarks

Other Requirements: English Fluency,Sales experience,Problem solving nature,Business Etiquette,Team player
