To Produce commercial (Hybrid) Seeds, at the required quality as per the commercial seeds production plan by monitoring field production activities in his assign Territory.

1.Interfaces with other functions of RC production– SPR /Plant operations
2.Strong interface, direct working with growers
3.Interfaces strongly with Organizers, Sub Organizers and Growers.
4.Good working relationship and knowledge sharing with pears.
