1.Co-responsible for Unit’s results and succeeding in technical/site KPIs stablished for the Unit (responsibility shared with
squad members under this unit)
2.Ensures compliance with Safety ,Quality and People, modeling OnePSS principles
3.Manages technicians with VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) competencies, for multiple Squads organized in the
Unit – as needed to ensure the best experience possible for all individuals within each squad and the squad as a whole.
