YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Management: Manage inventory at Central Warehouse / HUB & billing locations, inventory transfers to billing locations as per the allocations
Segregation of Products: Products to be segregation division-wise and legal entity wise. Also, Saleable / Expired / Near Expiry products to be stored separately
Return upon delivery: Ensure that the stock received from customers are physically verified and timely return orders are punched in the system
Selection of Warehouses & C&Fs. are done as per guideline
Timely resolution of customer complaints on dispatches within Service level agreement
Ensure timely closure of Audit observations and streamline the processes as required
Review and monitor optimum utilization of Logistics Budget
Drive to adhere all standard processes for Safety, Health, Environment and all applicable statutory regulations and liaising support
Drive efficient management of warehouses and transportation of Customer dispatches, returns management as per guidelines
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of all Logistics related agreements
Management of around 23 CFA across the country, 1 Central Warehouse and 1 Destruction Hub
Visit to CFA for audit and to monitor overall functions
Inventory management and reconciliation of physical stocks on monthly/quarterly/annually basis with SAP
Responsible for verification of commission calculation of CFAs on sales generated at 18 locations + Central Warehouse as per the contract
Finalization of transport and courier at all 25 locations for each legal entity in respect of freight rates, payments and performances
Co-ordination with local regulatory function for renewal & new drug licenses as & when required
Liaising with Tax function on GST topics
Drives and leads procurement to negotiate rates and execution of contract and processing of Bills
Mentoring SCM and O2C team members

Radiology Warehouse & Transport Manager – CME, Devices
POSITION PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to ensure efficient and effective Warehouse, and Transport for Radiology business. This role will need additional cross functional and cross border collaboration including liaising with Region, Manila & Accenture team. This position will directly report to Country Lead SCM & O2C RAD ANZ, India & Pak.
The position holder is accountable for uninterrupted market supply, acting as the first point of contact for commercial operations and appointed service providers.
The goal of position includes, but not limited to liaising with the APAC Regional Warehouse and transport manager, Cluster SCM/O2C Managers, Contract Manufacturer Manager/Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMOs), Clearing & Forwarding Agent, towards movement of stocks and ensure efficient and effective supply chain and order-to-cash operations, assuming the role of primary interface to commercial operations to evaluate sales & operations plans, as well as overseeing local warehousing and distribution. import-export of products ie. logistics, third party warehousing, material handling, shipment of products from point of origin to point of delivery, and trade compliance.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor degree of Commerce preferably or post-graduation qualification in supply chain management will be preferred
5-7 years of post-qualification experience gained at a leading multi-national Company and having deep understanding of Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and Logistics operations with specific focus on managing temperature control goods
Hands on experience in working on SAP (SD & MM Module)
Digital mind set and knowledge of common supply chain and order-to-cash systems (e.g. SAP) and emerging technologies (e.g. Blockchain)
Ability to use judgment to provide solutions to complex business problems and think beyond local context
Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfortable working with all levels of management
Good knowledge of accounting practices
Mature business ethics and deep understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
Extensive knowledge of process improvement and change management approaches
Assertive, competent, confident and resilient
Capable to handle stressful situations
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Well-developed English language skills, both written and oral
Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment
