b)Min. 2 years previous work experience as application specialist in IVD or lab based technical roles.

e)Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on good Excel skills.

Key Areas of Responsibilities in Detail
a)Timely post installation training at customer site.
b)Timely attending (within 24 Hours) and resolving (within 72 Hours) the complaints of Reagents.
c)Achieving and exceeding UCP (Unique Customer Personal Order Booking)
d)Primary Sales Target Achievement of Controls & Calibrators.
e)Meeting all the fully auto customers in a quarter and RR (Reagent Rental) customers within the territory minimum once a month
d)Timely submission of all the reports (TSR, Post Installation Training) by self.
f)To achieve the customer satisfaction during survey (>90% customer must rate good and above).
