Job Description :
1.Monitor and identify potential tender opportunities in the veterinary market. Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents, understanding client requirements, specifications, and evaluation criteria.

2.Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create comprehensive tender proposals. Ensure that tender responses are accurate, competitive, and aligned with the company’s capabilities and objectives.

3.Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, clinics, and institutions. Attend industry events and networking functions to establish and strengthen connections within the veterinary community.

4.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market development. Use market insights to adapt and enhance tender strategies, ensuring a competitive edge in the veterinary sector.

5.Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiation processes, collaborating with legal and management teams to ensure favourable terms and conditions. Address any concerns or queries from clients related to the tender process.

6.Sales Targets and Reporting: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company. Provide regular reports on tender activities, including successes, challenges, and upcoming opportunities.

7.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to align tender responses with the company’s overall strategy. Provide feedback on market needs and trends to assist in product development and improvement.
